Individualized Plan
Interns who have interest in gaining experience in subject matter not listed as a Special Emphasis Areas can develop an Individualized Plan to help meet their desired training goals. An Individualized Plan would need to meet the following criteria:
- An SCS staff member would need to have sufficient knowledge of the content area in order to appropriately supervise the intern.
- The work done in the Individualized Plan would need to be of mutual benefit to the intern and SCS.
- The Individualized Plan must meet the approval of the Training Director and the proposed supervisor.
At a minimum, the intern will meet individually with the area supervisor on a monthly basis to discuss issues related to the Special Emphasis Area.
